#IAM:THEBRAND is a huile de parfum that is becoming one of the most popular brands on the underground market of local oil perfumes in the Washington, DC area better known as the DMV. With collections such as By The Ounce, No Label, The Purple, and more, you're sure to find a great signature fragrance exclusive to you.
2. PHLUR
PHLUR is a wonderful play on the French word "Fleur" or Flower. The names of their fragrances are a bit ---different, with names such as Father Figure and Missing Person, but the scents they give off are quite subtle and catching. They are sure to grow in popularity in the future.
3. Kilian
Angel's Share is like a sweet-scented aged cognac that leaves a great impression. Inspired after Hennesy, made by the heirs of Hennesy, Killian Angel's Share is sophisticated blend of Oak, Tonka Beans, Vanilla, and Cinnamon, sweet and savory for others to desire after experiencing the presence of an Angel.
4. Baccarat Rouge by Maison Francis Kurkdijan
MFK has been fast becoming one of my favorite Perfume Houses. Their exotic fragrances are exotic, original, very impressionable but not overbearing. They have really found a balance between exotic and popular scents to give us scents of art such as Baccarat Rouge 540. This clean, sweet, and exotic fragrance have layers that will last all day.
5. Juliette has a gun
I just came across Juliette has a gun about a year ago and I really think its going to be a top perfume house in the future. Not A Perfume is fresh, new, and long lasting and will definitely attract good energy no matter the occasion.
6. Henry Rose
I haven't been able to sample too many perfumes from the line up of Henry Rose, however, Flora Carnivora has been a great start and shows great potential for this Perfume House. I have a great appreciation for floral fragrances and if they're crafted masterfully, then they can go a long way. Make way, Viktor & Rolf, Henry Rose is on his way.
7. Bond #9
So, Bond #9, right now, is one of my top 3 favorite fragrance brand. For me, it has taken the number 2 spot that was previously owned by Tom Ford. Bond #9 often have very unique fragrances inspired by the different neighborhoods, culture, and artist throughout New York City.
8. Tom Ford
For me, Tom Ford has become one of the masters of exotic fragrances. His perfume line up from Black Orchid to Lost Cherry are sharp, impressionable, and attractive.
9. Lelabo
Honestly, I'm not a big fan of LeLabo, however it has become suuuuper popular and people ask for Another 13 allllll the time. just out of respect I had to put it in the top 10.
10. Jo Malone
For my clients who know luxury perfume brands, they are often asking me for the new J Malone fragrance. I enjoy Jo Malone fragrances as well especially this Vetiver and Golden Vanilla. Jo Malone has a good way of blending spicy, fresh, and sweet fragrances that layer throughout the day.
